Next to spring break and collecting candy, there is one other thing that children love about Easter– egg hunts! And the Broken Arrow area has a ton of opportunities for kids to scramble for the colorful, sought-after objects that hold candy and toys. If you don’t know where to go around town for an Easter egg hunt, here’s what’s cookin’ this weekend:
On Saturday, April 7, slide on over to Centennial Park in Owasso for the 7th annual Egg Drop! 50,000 plastic eggs are dropped from a helicopter, and then children race to pick up the goodies! Choose which time works best for your schedule: 11:00 a.m., or 2:00 p.m.
Also on Saturday is the O’Brien Park Easter Egg Hunt. Beginning at 10:00 a.m., kids 10 and under may participate in this free event.
Safari’s Interactive Animal Sanctuary is hosting its annual egg hunt on Sunday, April 8, at 2:00 p.m. Enjoy discounted admission to the park on this day, too!
Which Easter egg hunt will you attend this year?
